The First Course - Y Cwrs Gyntaf
- Conwy Mussels Cooked with chilli, garlic, chorizo and finished with Welsh cider & cream
- Vegetable Broth (v) Chunky and homemade served with parsley cream smoked sausage can be added for a non-vegetarian option
- Smoked Guinea Fowl The breast home-smoked served with mixed leaves, pickled guinea fowl egg and a bacon dressing
- Chick Pea Pate (v) Blended with lemon juice & olive oil; offered with black olives, melba toast and a ginger & apple relish
- Melon Terrine (v) Galia, honeydew & watermelon set in a sweet melon liqueur served with a lemon & stem ginger syrup
The Intermediate Course - Canolig
- Williams Pear Sorbet (v) A yellow & red tinged pear spiced with aniseed & cumin
- Grilled Mackerel Simply grilled & served with marinated tomato & fennel salad
The Main Course - Y Prif Gwrs
- Roast Monkfish Pan-seared with rosemary and orange butter finished in the oven with sweet tomato & pepper relish
- Wild Mushrooms in puff pastry (v) Woodland mushrooms cooked with Madeira, butter & cream, with tempura of fennel & baby beetroot
- Breast of Gressingham Duck Spiced with five-spice, sautéed with apricots and shallots, splashed with sesame oil & served with the pan juices
- Roast Saddle of Rabbit Cooked on the bone served with wild rice and a white wine & mustard sauce
- Fillet of Sea Bass Simply grilled and served with a creamy mushroom sauce
The Dessert - Melysfwyd
- Autumn Yellow Pudding Peaches, pear, mango, pineapple and saffron make this hot bread pudding served with crème fraiche
- Tiramisu A light Italian coffee scented trifle
- Pumpkin Pie Sweet pastry base, served with cinnamon ice cream
- Welsh Goat's Cheese Toasted on walnut bread with homemade piccalilli
